2. Companies seeking to acquire an American company.
   

We have worked with companies based in Germany, United Kingdom, France, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Israel, Australia, Singapore and India. We have also been retained by European venture capital firms to sell their portfolio companies. We offer committed attention on smaller transactions (under $30 million), typically not provided by the larger banks.
