Commitment on Smaller Transactions We offer committed attention on these smaller transactions, $3 million to $30 million in size, that is typically not provided by the larger banks. We know the U.S. markets well, particularly in the technology and service industries. We have successfully completed the sales of many companies over the years and have an extensive network of contacts. Companies Seeking to Make Acquisitions in the U.S. Our firm is an experienced intermediary for international companies seeking to make small acquisitions in the United States. (By a small acquisition, we mean a transaction size of under $20 million.) These firms are looking for a base of operations located in the U.S., or they may want to acquire a firm with a U.S. customer base. The Best Buyers We have found that the best buyers for smaller companies are firms with revenues ranging from $25 million to $175 million. These companies are small enough that a $5 million or $15 million acquisition is a significant transaction for them. We have an extensive database of companies in this size range, which is a significant asset in helping us successfully complete transactions. Access to Local Resources Over our 27 years of experience, we have developed a strong network of professional advisors in cities across the U.S. These include law firms, accounting firms, banks, and management consultants. We can introduce international clients to local resources. |
