Our team assists companies with improving the value of the business. We help companies increase valuation for acquisition, increase valuation prior to a financing, or to simply manage the business by the best practices to maximize value.

Who are we?

The BWJ Group is a team of  experienced business executives with strengths in all aspects of the enterprise:  marketing, sales, engineering, organizational development, product design, manufacturing, quality control and service. We are dedicated to increasing business value for our customers, utilizing proven techniques to solve complex business problems and achieve breakthrough performance improvement.  (See team bios below.)

Who are our Customers?

Our customers are small and medium size businesses who are striving to achieve the next level of valuation improvement, market penetration, product enhancement and channel expansion. Our customers are engaged in services, technology, manufactured products, software development, outsourced manufacturing and consulting services.

How are we different?

We pursue a multidisciplinary approach to our assessment, analysis and problem-solving solutions. In addition, we are committed to building value for our customers, and we believe in pay for performance. To that end, we work with our customers to formulate a compensation structure that is tied to the value we create rather than on a time expended basis.
